Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, refunds and revisions work for OrbiCypher website projects.

27 October 2026. Your signed project agreement, if it says something different, takes priority.
Before work starts
If you cancel after paying an advance but before any work begins, we refund the advance in full, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already paid for you (such as domains, themes or stock images).
After work has started
Website design is custom service work. If you cancel after work begins, the advance is non-refundable to cover time already spent. If completed work exceeds the advance, the extra completed milestones are payable. Work completed and paid for is handed over to you.
If we cannot deliver
If we cancel a project or cannot deliver the agreed scope for reasons within our control, you receive a fair refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.
Revisions instead of refunds
Each package includes the revision rounds stated in your quote. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. Dissatisfaction with a design direction is handled through revisions before any refund is considered.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, paid plugins, email services and other third-party purchases are governed by those providers' refund policies and are generally non-refundable.
How to request
Email hello@orbicypher.com with your project name and reason. We respond within 7 business days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
